Hi team,

I ask this for my customer.

Customer use their own board and XDS200

And test connection is successful and can connect the core

But when they try to program the code to flash, it fails and the error is show in below:

And they use Uniflash to erase the chip and also fails

Could you tell me why it fails although it connects successfully? Is XDS200 support F28P65?

XDS200 does support F28P65.

Have you seen this app note? I think it has a section for this error: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spracf0

Hi Ben,

It seems not same as the phenomenon that my customer has, this is a new device, they don't program it before, and also not have the breakpoint in it.

I ask them to connect the cpu2, but it fails

And when we read the flash data, all is zero

And I also send the schematic to you through the WebEx, could you help to check?

Can you try making sure that the customer can program to RAM? It looks like they are able to connect.
