TMS320F28P650DK: ADC/DAC reference clarification

Hi,

I can see this DSP has Analog system module apart from ADC & DAC.

Does it share common reference voltage setting, means if i select internal reference for ADC then DAC will also work on same as Internal reference ? or can i use reference voltage setting independently for both ADC & DAC ?

Hi,

The part for reference is mentioned as part of DAC setion in the datasheet. Posted the snippet below:

If you want to use different reference for DAC (Only external), VDAC pin can be used to provide the reference voltage.

But if VREFHI is used as reference source then ADC & DAC reference will be common.

In case if we want to use different external references on VREFHI for ADC and on VDAC for DAC, Is it possible ?
