Hi,
Our customer is using 12 Bit single ended measurement.
Over all got an error of 12 LSBs (Gain error 5 + Offset error 4 + DNL 1 and INL 2). Is this error over whole temperature range and lifetime?
Is it possible to get more detailed information in addition to datasheet values for production error, temperature error and lifetime error? Or alternatively what are the expected errors if they calibrate the device at room temperature.(Offset and gain)
