TMS320F28P650DK: Relationship between CLB instance and CLB tiles.

Part Number: TMS320F28P650DK
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG

Tool/software:

I have a question regarding the use of CLB in the TMS320F28P650DK. In SysConfig, I created two instances, CLB1 and CLB2, but both are using TILE0 (I select the option ‘attach a tile config to this model’). What I would like to know is: what is the difference between a boundary input and a CLB input? For example, if I configure input1 in both CLB1 and CLB2 as local signals pointing to different sources, and then use boundary input1 within TILE0, which signal is actually being used? Besides, is the tile0 in CLB1 and CLB2 the same? Because in the generated clb diagram, it seems that these two share a tile0.
