I am trying to find an IC programmer and adapter capable of programming the TMS320F28388DZWT (nFBGA337) before soldering onto the PCB.  Can you help, please?

    Hi Mark,

    Is this for production build or for evaluation?

    Typically, customers will include an interface on their board or custom low profile adapter and will program their IC once the entire board is populated using something like our C2000-GANG programmer. I don't believe we offer any public boards or programmers capable of programming an IC that's not populated on a board, since we offer a large variation of device packages.
