C2000WARE: "Unable to download C200WARE. The request is denied even though all the information is filled in."

C2000WARE: Trying to install C200 Ware - Update C200 Ware runs and says "there was an error downloading the file"

Part Number: C2000WARE

Tool/software:

I'm trying to install C2000 Ware for use in Code Composer Studio. It complains that it needs installing to build a project.

I've downloaded and run C2000Ware_5_05_00_00_setup.exe.

If I type "C200" into the start box then windows shows "Update C2000Ware" app. When I run this it complains that "an error has ocurred. There was an error downloading the file."

Any ideas for how to proceed?
