Compass system, the programmer manufacturer in Korea wants to get programming spec of F28P550SJ.

How can they get the spec?

Flash Programming Interface Connection Information ( H/W Guide )

- Pin Map, Pin connection, Signal definition, Power supply, etc

Flash Programming Power Information

- VCC Power Specification ( DC characteristics, Pin Characteristics )

Flash Programming Waveform Information

- AC characteristics, Timing Diagram

Flash Programming Protocol & waveform
Flash Area Information

- Memory Size, Address Map, etc

Ted,

I assume they are looking to make a JTAG based programmer? I can see what info we have to share for the JTAG scan sequence.

Since Flash is programmed with use of our Flash API functions, there are no timing diagrams needed. Customer must use the flash API to program the flash, so for standalone programmer, for example, they would include this in whatever kernel they load through the JTAG. Flash API can be found in C2000Ware SW package.

Hello Matt,

They will build JTAG gang programmer. if you have data that shared to gang programmer 3rd party, it would be very helpful.
