Hi Cheng,
Are you trying to compile an out-of-the-box example from the C2000ware SDK or is this your own custom project?
Best Regards,
Delaney
Hello,Delancy,
I imported it directly from f29h85x-sdk_1_01_00_00 without making any modifications and compiled it directly.
Hi Cheng,
Can you check in your project properties and let me know which compiler version you are using? And which example specifically are you trying? I will try to replicate the error myself.
Best regards,
Delaney
hello,Delaney:
I am 20.2.0 CCS version, I use the compiler is D:/ti/ccs2020/ccs/tools/compiler/ti-cgt-c29_1.0.0LTS/bin/c29clang.exe, The imported project is D:\ti\f29h85x-sdk_1_01_00_00\examples\driverlib\single_core\gpio\gpio_ex1_toggle. Importing others also has this problem. I installed the same environment on another computer and there was no such problem, so I suspect it is related to the encryption policy of my computer.
Hi Cheng,
I was not able to reproduce the issue on my setup. Let me loop in the compiler team to comment. Can you also share which OS was used in the working and non-working environment?
Best Regards,
Delaney
error:source file is not valid UTF-8
Can you provide a screenshot of the error as it appears in the IDE?
Thanks. Can you copy & paste all the messages in the output window to a text file and attach the file to this thread?
