TMS320F280039C-Q1: Save ccs variables in a excel

Hi experts,

Good day! I am asking for customer. My customer is using F280039 and he wants to use Matlab Simulation. He wants to pass some variables that runs in F280039 to matlab model, to run a in-loop test. He wants to use ccs to read out the variables and save it as excel, then let Matlab to read this excel.

He wants to know how to save the variables in ccs in excel. Could you give some guidance on that?

Hi Kita,

While it is not possible to directly save the variables in an .xlsx, it is possible to save it in a .txt file as shown here: Exporting values of C-code variable to an Excel readable file.

Alternatively, you can graph variables using the CCS Graph Tool and export the data in a .csv file which can be opened by Excel as shown here: 7.1. Debug Overview — Code Composer Studio 20.0.0 Documentation
