TMS320F2812: Problem to unlock CSM on TMS320F2812

Are you sure SECSTAT is the correct name of the register? I don't see this when I Ctrl F for it in the System Control guide:

I did it in my files .gel but in table 5-7 of the system control guide I saw 0xFF in this register. Wich one is correct? 

The falsh is blocked in write mode but the SRAM is done in read/write mode. How can I unlock this mode for the flash?

i apologize u, but u locked the mcu by urself. 
you should read the addresses from 0x3f7ff8 to 0x3f7fff and store it in Ram like u did in the first step. and then if u want to unsecure this sector u should fill these locations with 0xffff not zeros.
Zeros will permenately lock the mcu.
if u wanted to secure this section u should fill them with any other values except zeros.

Of course not but on this point yes. Now I try to put all my test and binary in the RAM memory to be able to access of the memory and put a breakpoint. Actually, the size of nésessary memory is bigger than the available memory RAM so it is not able to run my test. I don't know what can i put in flashand what can I keep in RAM so that it works.
