TMS320F28335: Flash to RAM need to burn multiple times

Dear Expert,

The customer is using F28335 to transfer FLASH programs to RAM and has found that it cannot be burned in one go. It requires multiple attempts to successfully burn. Could you please advise on the possible reasons for this ?

    Colin,

    Can you comment on what tool or method customer is using to program the Flash on the F28335?  For instance, are they using JTAG with CCS to load the .out; or using JTAG with Uniflash to load the file?  Alternatively, are they using a bootloader to call the Flash API and program from RAM to flash that way?

    My initial thought is that customer is doing something with the Flash API manually, since the other methods I listed above would handle timeouts, programs, etc.  

    Are there any error messages from the tools?
