The customer reported:
"Hello,I recently ordered the TIEVMHV1PHDCAC inverter. However, upon powering up the auxiliary supply, we observed that one leg of the full-bridge is heating up significantly. We suspect there may be a faulty component in the device.Could you please advise if it is possible to return the unit and receive a replacement, or if you have any recommended solutions for this issue? I have attached the billing information for your reference.Looking forward to your assistance."
