I am using F29h85x. I see my code gets stuck at Sysctl_Delay() function and n running the code NMI interrupt is hit.
I am running from Boot from falsh. I have attached the screenshot of the CCS status.
Could you please guide me on what could go wrong?

What do you mean by code gets stuck ? There is nothing in delay function that can cause issue its probably the steps done before or after that causes the error.
When it goes to NMI ISR can you get the error aggregator registers using Scripts menu as shown below
