My customer's F28P65 design goes into pilot run stage. Uniflash reported "Error connecting to the target Error -151" with 1 pc of device when download the firmware many times with the device. the issue can be solved once replace the device with a new one.
Customer measures the broken device debug pins' impedance are the same as good device pins' impedance.
Using CCS test connection also cannot get the normal feedback.
Want to check with you is there any notes that customer need to take care to prevent the issue during flash program?
