    Please refer to the device datasheet "Device Comparison" table for the differences between part numbers within a device family (F28003x):

    Please note that "TMS320F280034-Q1" is what we refer to as a "GPN" or "generic part number". Each GPN within a family (family being F28003x family) can have many OPNs ("orderable part numbers"). The OPNs contain other identifiers to distinguish packaging information. This is also noted in our datasheet, and a list of OPNs can be found on ti.com or at the very end of the datasheet.
