Tool/software:
Customer have mass production their product to run on end market, and report several case that device do not working. After investigation we found customer make mistake that VREGENZ pin is float on their hardware design without any connection, so that maybe cause VDD cannot power on correctly sometime.
Customer will update their hardware to connect VREGENZ pin to VSS, in the meantime they would like to get TI help advice the VREGENZ internal circuit, to support them analyze how floating VREGENZ pin will be monitor as high level and cause internal VDD shun down, so that they can do risk evaluation and consider how handle exist product already running in end market, may we could support VREGENZ internal circuit?
