TMS320F28P650DK: How to Correctly Read UID Using CPU2 on TMS320F28P650DK9

Part Number: TMS320F28P650DK

Tool/software:

I want to use CPU2 of the TMS320F28P650DK9 to read the UID, but every time I read it, I get 0x00000000. I also checked the memory data at that address using CCS's Memory View, and it's all 0s. However, I can read the same address correctly using CPU1. I would like to know how to properly use CPU2 to read the UID.
