    VDD is after VDDIO in sequence for internal VREG, but what is the recommended delay time?

    • There is not a specific recommended time. VDD and VDDIO can be brought up together, or VDD can be brought up any time later. The device can be damaged if VDD comes up before VDDIO due to some protection diodes. See external VDD/VREG sequence diagram below.
