Tool/software:
My MCAL software package is F29H85. I configured a PORT pin GPIO9 in the EB 29.3.1 software, and then DIO referred to it. I found that the DioChannelId item was 0, which should be 9, but I couldn't change it?

DioChannelId is auto-calculated parameter. Hence you need to run auto-calc wizard by enabling calculated values as described in user guide: https://software-dl.ti.com/C2000/docs/mcal/F29H85x/latest/src/MCAL_Configuration_and_EB_Tresos.html#generate-plugins.
Check the calculated values in auto-calc unattended wizard as shown below and then click in Run. This will re-calculated the value.

Please note that, it is advised to run the auto-calc wizard before you generate modules.
