Which board are you using? Also, let me lknow the version of C2000Ware and CCS that you are using?

Hello ,

We are Using the Custom board

CCS version is Version: 20.2.0.12__1.8.0

C2000Ware version : 5.05

Vbus is accidently connected to the 3.3v it will be helpful if you can resolve this

You can look at the SetupAPI.dev.log, and it is located, by default, in the Windows INF file directory (%SystemRoot%inf) to check for any errors reported during the device enumeration.
