I installed and tested the c2000 example (ethernet_c28x_config, ethernet_ex7_transport_segmentation_offload) on the tms320f28388d control card.
I tested it while connecting the router to the LAN cable, but the ethernet link LED does not turn on even after initialization is complete. In this state, I read the phy register and it is BMCR=0x3100, BMSR=0x7849, PHYSTS=0x0002. I would like to know why the link is not recognized.
