Customer has reported the issue with this device as below:
"
recently ordered the TIEVMHV1PHDCAC inverter. However,upon powering up the auxiliary supply, we observed that one leg of the full-bridge is heating up significantly. We suspect there may be a faulty component in the device. Could you please advise if it is possible to return the unit and receive a replacement, or if you have any recommended solutions for this issue?
This issue is not related to an RF device. The part in question is the TIEVMHV1PHDCAC single-phase inverter. According to the user guide, we followed the setup step by step, but we did not obtain any output results. We observed that one leg of the inverter is not functioning, and the gate driver unit is heating up. That is the only condition we have observed so far, which is why we are requesting either a replacement inverter or guidance on a possible solution.
Customer does not want a FA. Can we please scrap or return for credit?
