How can they do to tune the FMEDA when they isn't enable this SM?

1. Want to double check with you about this, you mean the description show in below?
2. Our FMEDA to calculate the value of SPFM, LFM... assume the system use watchdog. So we have no idea to calculate the value of Fusa related parameters if we isn't use the watchdog.
3. Another question from customer:
if customer choose the IEC62380, it has permanent FIT
But if customer choose the SN29500, it isn't have permanent FIT

Yes, that is the section.

The calculations will NOT change if you disable the watchdog because it is assumed to always be there. TI does not provide FMEDA metrics with watchdog disabled.

I am unable to reproduce this.
Can you suggest to customer to file support ticket with Cadence directly? They can submit their .json file to allow Cadence engineers to reproduce the issue.
