We have gone through document suggested and checked power sequence also. Cant find any issue there.

Also this issue is coming on other product where we are using TMS320F28379D. There on bench level we are able to repeat the issue also. Looking forward to hear from you.

    Hi Tanmay, 

    If this is not related to power-down sequence, is this related to Flash API usage? For TMS320F28379D device, Section 2.3.3 of the Flash API Guide for this devices gives a list of things to check for when programming a device's flash. 

    Can you give a bit more detail on how the error occurred on this setup, was it in a similar way to previous?
