TMS320F28374S: Duration of maximum input current

Hi Champs,

Now my customer's F28374S will have a 5~8ms 16mA input. I check datasheet and it says max input clamp current is 20mA, but I did not find the duration of the pulsed current.

Could you help to check if 5~8ms 16mA input will have risk? Thanks!
