Yes, you can still use the XDS110ISO-EVM for JTAG debugging purposes. It is natively supported on CCS. The header for the XDS110ISO-EVM is different than the standard header. Please be extra careful that you are connecting the pins correctly. Thank you for the help. The TMDSEMU110-U seems like the one to go with. Do you know if it can do on-chip debugging similar to the ATMEL-ICE? With an OCD system the application can be executed whilst maintaining exact electrical and timing characteristics in the target system, while being able to stop execution conditionally or manually and inspect program flow and memory.
