C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK: Using Boostxl-3phganINV sensored FOC project, f280049c MCU , I'm currently at build 2 , i'm able to rotate motor but my motor is getting heated up which is unusual

Part Number: C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK

Tool/software:

I'm giving speedref as 0.05 and Vq tasting 0.1000, the possible reason which i think are Using rg.Out (fake theta) doesn't align voltages with rotor flux. That can produce high iron losses, torque ripple, and heating even with small average supply current but I have no idea how encoder calibration happening and how it aligning it and second possible reason can be electrical frequency i changed it to 500 as my motor rated speed is around 30000 rpm and it base speed rpm value depends on it so i changed it to 500 from 250.
