I'm working on the FOC control for three phase induction motor of 1 KW , and i want to know if the card with reference above is sufficient to do the work or should i have a card driver , and if yes which driver goes with it correctly ?

TMS320F28379D is an MCU, you should have the related inverter hardware to drive the motor. The hardware that depends on the motor rated voltage, current and so on,,, The below kit can be as a reference for you.

I have the inverter with 0 +15V but should i have interface card between to relate the MCU and the inverter ?

What TMS320F28379D card and inverter are you using? Yes. You need to refer the hardware mentioned above, connect the related signals between TMS320F28379D and inverter for sensing the current & voltage, switching the MOSFET. You may purchase the kit mentioned above directly if you just want to have an evaluation.
