Tool/software:
I have a .out file of TMS320F28027 device which I want to program using bootloader. Please provide details & tools associated with this process. As per TI documents hex2000 tool is available to convert .out file to standard bootloader format which is contained in c2000 code generation tolls package. I downloaded this package but not able to locate it. Please help not only tool availability but also with the detailed procedure associated with it.
