TMS320F280025C-Q1: Susceptibility to XRAY?

Part Number: TMS320F280025C-Q1

Tool/software:

Team,
We do publish the below guidelines on TI.COM and E2E:
X-RAY information
TI does not typically specify acceptable x-ray levels on the device datasheet. Experience has shown that most TI products will NOT be sensitive to typical x-ray inspection (with typical exposures < 100 rad(Si)). X-ray exposures over these limits, however, may cause damage to the device and should be avoided.
THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS." It could change without notice.  Customers are solely responsible to conduct sufficient engineering and additional qualification testing to determine whether a device is suitable for use in their  applications. Using TI products outside limits stated in TI's official published Specifications may void TI's warranty.  See TI's Terms of Sale for more information.

-Do we have more precise data in relation to C2000 Gen 3 and related flash based CMOS process?
-Or is the limit mentioned valid for C2000 Gen 3 MCUs?

Thanks in advance,

Anthony
