TMDXIDDK379D: How I could use the HSEC180 connector to have access to gpio Pins of the TMDSCNCD28379D

I purchased the TMDXIDDK379D board and noticed that it has three connectors for external GPIO use.

What I find surprising is that if we want to use a GPIO for external purposes, the TMDXIDDK379D seems very limited.

Could you suggest a way to access unused GPIOs through an external plug or something similar connected to the HSEC180?
