Hello TI support team,
We have purchased some TMS320F28377DPTPT parts from market, during our incoming inspection, we found the parts body central has a mold tool mark hole (the hole area is a bit rough) and there is a round mold mark around the hole, the date code of the parts is 2511+, we compared with the historic pictures of this device, we found they are different, since the older date code parts is showing 4 round mold marks on each corner and the hole area is smooth. Regarding such appearance variations,we did not find any TI officail document to explain it. So would you please help check if this appearance variations is related to molding process and acceptable ?
