TMS320F28377D-EP: Question about 1st resonance frequency of power supply line at PKG

The recommended values of capacitors can be found in device datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tms320f28377d.pdf, pages 36 and 37.

For VDD pin, two options are outlined:

- Option 1 - Even Distribution: Distribute decoupling capacitance evenly across each VDD pin with a minimum total capacitance of approximately 20uF.

- Option 2 - Bulk Capacitance: Place a 1uF capacitor near each VDD pin and place the remainder of the minimum total 20uF capacitance as bulk capacitance on the VDD net.

For Vddio pin: Place a minimum 0.1-µF decoupling capacitor on each pin.

The exact value of the decoupling capacitance for Vdd and Vddio should be determined by your system voltage regulation solution. I hope this helps.
