Hi expert,
My customer is facing line down on F280013x at manufacture side, issue as below:
device:00136PMR
Issue: First time flash programming in factory fails
Failure rate: 6/3400
ABA test: Change failed device on other board, issue still happens. ABA test indicates the issue follows the IC.
Tool chain change: Uniflash 8.7 and 3.4 also could not do flash programming.
