TMS320F2800132: The controller is not getting start when power off /ON ,when i touch the reset pin it gets started

Dear Sir,

      I have been using TMS320F2800132  48PT package  , I am encountering unusal problem  when power reset of the controller , The controller doesnt get started , when i touch the reset pin it gets started , I have resoldered the controller then also same problem persits , Pls guide what should be the problem  ,At reset i am using 2.2K resistor and 10nf capacitor

    Hi Yusuf,

    Is this a custom hardware or the LaunchPad you're using? Most common cause of this is if the 3.3V PWR supply is not ramping quickly enough during initial power-up. That is why resetting (XRSn) after supplies stabilize would be working OK.
