Hello,  

I am using Sys Config tool to handle the main assignments for my device (board not built yet).  Muy question centers on the Assignment of JTAG pins on the microcontroller.  There does not seem to be a selection in the System, Control, Communications, Software or any other place I can find that configures the JTAG pins automatically.  Do I need to use the GPIO pins assignments to set up the JTAG pins?
