My customer Anker meets the issues that with ACROview AP8000 flash program tools, the .out file cannot be opened properly, do we support the 3rd part flash program tools vendor issues?

    Hi Joe,

    We don't directly support the tool issues of our 3rd party vendors, only to inform them if a tool issue arises. We do support general debugging using the tool as expected to meet our device integration.

    Are they trying to load this .out file and it is unable to load to be programmed the device? How was the .out file generated, through a C2000ware example or something else?

    Or is this an issue with the F2800137 device not being a supported product for the Flash loading with the Acroview AP8000?

    The same out file can be decoded by uniflash but cannot be decoded by AP8000

    Hi Joe,

    On the supported products listing for this device, it says that the TMS320F280039 and TMS320F28075 are only supported from C2000.

    Does the manual you have state otherwise?
