TMS320F28P550SG: Any QFN package with 64 pins

Hi,

Due to are constraints, I'd like to use a QFN package and 56 package MCUs are just a little too small. Is there any MCU series from C2000 which is 64 pins and QFN? Well any other package variation would also help. The one I'm currently considering is TQFP80 and it's pretty large.

Hello,

The packages available in the F28P550 are the typical ones we use across the family. On our larger devices there are some 256 pin BGAs, but I don't think that is what you are looking for

I'm not aware of a higher pin count QFN package with a C2000 than 56.
