Part Number: CCSTUDIO-THEIA

I am trying to add SOC for my ADC B in a TMS320F28P650DK9 device. I opnly get to choose ADCIN1 - 31 with no key to determing what id ADC B0 - 3.

  • Hi,

By "I opnly get to choose ADCIN1 - 31 with no key to determing what id ADC B0 - 3 ", do you mean there is no device pin found for that channel? If yes, it happens when you are using lower pin package. You can switch to higher pin package or can select other channel.

  • No what I mean is that how do I know that ADCIN1 - 31 are assigned to the ADC B device since the configurator uses the same selection list for ADC A and ADC B. In other words is I select ADCIN1,2,3,4 for ADC A 0,1,2,3 do I select ADCIN1,2,3 for ADC B0,1,2?

I am assuming that the top level selection of ADC A or ADC B reassigns ASCINx to that device but is is very confusing especially since we do not have the board built yet to verify.
