TMS320F28P650DH: Finding the root of ITRAP

Part Number: TMS320F28P650DH

Hi Experts,

My csutomer is seeing the device enters ITRAP interrupt. We need to find where is triggering the ITRAP, first of look at the RPC , which is 0x3654F0, this is not a RAM/FLASH address for user. They should have branched to 0x3654F0 unexpectedly.

How to trace back where their code branched to 0x3654F0?

This failure is diffcult to reproduce so we can not step through the code ot find it. Can we analysis the stack to find it? I am attaching the stack here
