TMS320F28034: TMS320F28034PNT

I would refer the customer to this section in the device DS: https://www.ti.com/document-viewer/TMS320F28034/datasheet#GUID-06950A46-7D1C-4700-B9E4-B43937803925/TITLE-SPRS523SPRS5239506 which gives the TYP and MAX erase times per sector.

For this device each sector can take up to 12s to erase.  Customer will need to allocate the appropriate max time based on how many sectors are being erased in their application/programmation flow.
