Since I haven’t received a follow-up yet, I’d like to ask again for clarification.

Is it possible to implement the BOOSTXL-POSMGR (for ECN1313 EnDat 2.1 encoder) on my existing C2000Ware-based project by referencing the Motor Control SDK?
Or is it technically not supported at all, either in software or hardware?

Jinha - we have a biss-c and t-format example in the motor control SDK. Unfortunately the endat reference has not been updated and released. The library would need to be modified for 28388x.

As shown in the attached picture, I found the BiSS-C and T-format examples you mentioned.
I also see GPIO and T-format folders specifically for the F2838x device.
In that case, why did you say that it is not supported or cannot be used?

When using the library as-is, are there any issues that I may not be aware of?
Or is it because some parts related to EnDat have not been developed or released yet, making it unavailable for the F2838x?

The EnDat source is not available in our collateral. You can try porting it as-is but I believe you will have difficulty.
