Dear Sir,

Please suggest firmware refence design to start development using TMS320F28379D . Our application is multilevel converter for AC-DC converter.

Hello, I apologise for selecting TI Thinks Resolved a second time. Since you did not respond to the thread with any further request I thought I simply forgot to select it when I posted. Please provide more details about your specific need and why the reference designs listed in the datasheet do not meet your requirements.

Hello Sir, with TMS320F28379D all low level driver examples are there ex. ADC, ePWM ,CAN etc. in C2000WARE. But why there is no sys config file associated with each low level driver project? Please reply and if you have sys config files associated with each example low level driver, can you send it to me.

Hello Prashant, you are correct, the F2837x software was developed before we had a mature Sysconfig approach and therefore the low level drivers were not developed with the Sysconfig model and we do not have a plan to retrofit the driver examples at this time.

Unless you are somehow tied to F2837x I would recommend a newer device with improved performance, SW, etc. as well as lower cost such as F28P65 or our most recent device F29H85.

If you are tied to F2837x and really want to leverage Sysconfig, you might be able to use another device like F28P65 or F2838x (which is pin compatible to F2837x) to do the peripheral configuration and use the 'one-click' migration back to F2837x.
