TMS320F28P550SJ: CLB program to override EPWM

I am using the CLB to override the EPWM output signals in order to generate a pulse train rather than a constant EPWM output. I have programmed CLB1 to override EPWM1A and EPWM1B and CLB2 to override EPWM2A and EPWM2B. Unfortunaately, we need 6 gate signals not just 4. Each CLB has extra blocks which I can use to override EPWM3A and EPWM3B but the signals are not availabe as overrides. It appears that they are available as Global Mux 32 and 34 but the override signals only go up to 31. Is there a way to add an override for an additional EPWM using the extra blocks in CLB1 and CLB2?

HI Dennis,

If you only care about the overridden EPWM output going to a pin, then you have the option of using the CLB Output XBAR or Output XBAR to route the CLB output to the same GPIO as your EPWM3 outputs. Let me know if this may work for you.

I had responded that it worked since I was able to program it. It did not work when we tested it. I have opened up another question concerning this.
