TMS320F28034: Application issue.

Hi Team,

USE F28034,

The performance of two different batches of F28034 is different. The static current of the good product is 40MA,
The abnormal static current is about 130MA, which no longer meets the requirements of the specification sheet.
Please help analyze the reason, thank you!

    Hi ,

    When using SCI to burn internal boot, an erase failure fault is reported due to the long erase time during the erase boot process,
    When connecting the serial programming cable to the control board (with the power supply connected to the computer USB), a current probe was used to test the 5V line current. It was found that the normal static current of the single board was around 40~50mA, and the abnormal single board was 130MA, which exceeded the specifications in the specification sheet.
