Part Number: TMS320F28069M
I am unable to flash the code from Code Composer Studio to the TMS320F28069M LaunchXL board. The attached image shows the error message (“Error connecting to the target: Error -2131 @ 0x0”).
I have already reduced the TCLK frequency to as low as 100 kHz, but the issue still persists. As per the suggested troubleshooting steps, I have tried changing the connecting wires, resetting the board, and power cycling it, but the problem remains unresolved.
Kindly suggest a solution to resolve this issue.
