I don't believe I'll be able to reproduce the error with just a SysConfig file.

For example, I checked out the following project in C2000Ware:

C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_6_00_01_00\libraries\control\DCL\c28\examples\F28P55x_PI_Sysconfig

This example builds just fine. It includes c2000ware_libraries.h, which in turn includes various DCL library files.

You have to add a DCL PI Controller using SysConfig then recompile to get the error.

Ok, when a PI controller is added in SysCfg, c2000ware_libraries.h gets updated to include DCLF32.h. DCLF32.h is a C28x only header, and so errors are generated when a CLA source file is compiled (CLATasks.cla).

The fix would be for c2000ware_libraries.h to be generated with appropriate guards. I was able to test it out and successfully compile just the CLATasks.cla source file (see below). However, I was not able to successfully build the entire project since Syscfg overwrites my updates and regenerates c2000ware_libraries.h on a build.

This is a bug we need to address at our end. In the interim, it would seem like you would need to manually add DCL support on the C28x side (given the SysCfg issue).

Further, it also seems to me like SysCfg DCL support is limited to C28x and does not cover CLA. This is an enhancement we should consider.
