I am asking this about the reference design TIDM-02000 but the same question applies to any C2000 based reference design I browesed:

Where is the software for these designs? I saw every other part of the project except any code.

You can download the C2000-DPSDK from - https://www.ti.com/tool/C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK

Once installed, you can import the desired CCS project in CCS from DPSDK installation directory: C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_DigitalPower_SDK_5_04_00_00\solutions

Source code and its documentation is located in the same directory.
