PMP41037: PMP41037 Test Data (12V to 800V) and PWM Timing

Dear expert,

I received an inquiry from our customer, regarding the PMP41037 reference design.

They are currently reviewing the documentation and have the following requests:

1. Boost Mode Test Data (12V to 800V):

The customer noticed that the current test report (Table 2-2) only provides backward operating efficiency data up to roughly 570V. 

Do we have any test data available for 12V to 800V conversion?


2. PWM Timing Diagrams:

They would like to request the PWM control timing diagrams for both Boost and Buck modes to better understand the operation.

Could you please check if we have this data on hand or if we can support this request?

    Sorry for I missed this thread before.

    question1, I think I have explained this in the test report, because my E load is 600V only, so the output can not achieve 800V.

    question2, this design is only operating in resonant frequency, though it can be adjusted in a narrow range by varying frequency. PWM can be adopted in light load to reduce the output voltage, but it may lose ZVS, and it is not adopted in this design.
