LAUNCHXL-F28P55X: XDS110 USB Debug

I get this error in CCS when I want to Debug a program.
Texas Instruments XDS110 USB Debug Probe_0/IcePick_C_0 Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 20.3.0.3656)
I did many different ways to solve it but it wasn't successful so far so please give me a call or arrange a meeting to solve the issue.

Hello,

Are you using 2-pin cJTAG? The F28P55x LaunchPad only supports cJTAG mode.

Can you try configuring wait boot and see if you're able to connect? Were you able to connect to the device before?

Hi Matt,

I set BOOT0/BOOT1 = 0/1 (wait boot) but still gives me the same error. I was able to connect f28379d before but I haven't been able to do so with f28p55x.

Hello,

Can you share the target configuration file you're using? Please also share a picture of the LaunchPad itself, so I can verify the power indicator LED's are correctly lit.
